Centennial Parkway Channel West-Grand Teton Branch Emergency Stormwater Remediation
November 1, 2023Sitting on 48 acres and containing 12 regulation softball fields, Majestic Park is a ballplayer’s oasis in Las Vegas, Nevada. Adding to this sports and recreation facility, visitors also enjoy three picnic areas, two children’s play areas, and two concession and restroom buildings.
A Desert Gem for Players and Spectators
CMWorks, A Kleinfelder Company, provided construction management and observation, cost estimating, constructability reviews, landscape architecture, survey services, and civil engineering for this $19-million city park. Additional features of the park include remote sport lighting, associated parking, shade shelters, spectator seating, incidental structures, walking trails, irrigation, and desert landscaping. The project also includes two championship fields in the complex with stadium-style covered spectator seating. A portion of the facility is located within the Lone Mountain Detention Basin and meets Clark County Regional Flood Control District Recreational Use Guidelines.

Demonstrating how design, function, and aesthetics can exist together, Majestic Park is a family-friendly city park with more than 2.1 million square feet of space to enjoy for all ages.
